WoW need help leveling?

Hi, I recently received the Department of Defense TourGuide and want to level as fast as me, my character is the highest level 44, but I want to start a new character to follow the guidelines. I am a newbie and I do not know much about the game, so I want to know the upper class, better specifications, more quickly from the place, etc. etc. I prefer the alliance because the friends of the Alliance, but not mind going horde. Sorry, How are better than the witch hunters, because the witches are more offensive than killing spells are faster, right?
