There was talk of new games at the Game Developers Conference 2009?
expecially for the Nintendo Wii
Well, for the DS, if your concerned, There is a new Zelda to come out. Do not believe everything you hear of great games for the Wii until E3 2009. This should bring you many answers. If you ask me, I think Sony stole the show. They have 3 big exclusives this year. You should be very interesting. The Conduit is a Wii FPS, and looks surprisingly good. Not too bad for the Wii. I could buy it. Or at less rent. Just go to youtube.com and search for GDC 09. Good luck.

2009 Physics Education Research Conference
$186.19 pThe theme of the 2009 Physics Education Research (PER) Conference was Physics Education Research across Paradigms. PER utilizes diverse traditions and frameworks to study learning: cognitive constructs, social and cultural dynamics and neural processes. As a whole PER has not been exclusive in its commitment to a single paradigm or methodology. Four leading researchers who conduct learning research from different perspectives were invited to present their work and interact with the PER community. This was an opportunity for the PER community to examine and discuss the variety of traditions and frameworks relevant to the study of student learning of physics. |

Reach Europe 2009 Conference Proceedings
$161.95 Conference proceedings for the fifth international conference on the Registration, Evaluation and Authorisation of CHemicals (REACH) 24-25 June 2009 Two and a half years after the adoption of Europe's most radical piece of chemicals legislation, iSmithers brings the fifth in its successful series of REACH conferences to Amsterdam. REACH continues to change the way many chemical products are manufactured and used. For those across the chemicals supply chain - including all downstream sectors involved with manufacturing and trading products containing chemicals -the challenge has just begun. With the 1st December 2008 deadline for pre-registration now behind us, the pooling of existing test data within the Substance Information Exchange Forums (SIEFs) has raised questions over the rules on cost-sharing, the implications of 'no data, no market' and the appropriate use of Only Representatives. While pre-registration was branded 'free and simple', everyone is bracing themselves for the challenge of meeting the first registration deadline in 2010. Many practical aspects must still be resolved in order to ensure the completion of dossiers containing confidential information on product chemistry, quantity and use. During this busy time for all involved in REACH, it is critical that you keep up to date with the ever-evolving developments across industry and from the European Chemical Agency. After all, even once registered a substance can be subject to regulatory review under Evaluation or Restriction, as well as other legislative frameworks. This conference provided an opportunity to assess the current status of the regulation and to learn from a wide range of organisations just how the regulations are working and what actions industry has taken to ensure compliance. iSmithers fifth REACH conference examines the impact that REACH has on global business - both directly and through customers in the supply chain. |

Addcon 2009 Conference Proceedings
$157.34 Due to rapidly changing world wide economic pressures the global additives market is under increased pressure for improvements in efficiency, performance and cost savings. Additives suppliers, material producers, compounders and end users can no longer rely on year on year growth. Profitability and survival will depend on judicious use of polymer additives and their efficient incorporation into the end product whilst observing strict regulatory control. The global additives market is under increased pressure for improvements in efficiency, performance, and cost savings.
