Nintendo DS Lite repairs?

I try desperately to know where I can get my daughter's Nintendo DS repaired, cheap and locally if possible (South Wales United Kingdom). I tried to contact Nintendo for Christmas day my daughter to a game on the back (this causing damage to the game port, of course) no games will load but otherwise Wait reading and functioning well. Because Nintendo can not even reply to an e-mail or answer the phone, I was hoping someone might know the answers to a place for the price of repair? I tried to take back to the store, heard nothing and said he could see that game had been inserted incorrectly (to be fair, obviously!) They said to contact Nintendo!

Have you tried a lot of computer shops small around or try to take back no mention of the head down to see this game can retail?
